You Shall Lack no Provision
How much are you asking of God? To what level are you willing to rely on Him as a resource in your life?
Consider what you believe for a moment.
Where does life come from? Who is the source of breath (spirit) of life? Acknowledging these answers are the foundation of your needs being addressed. Is the God you serve, you trust, limited?
From a financial perspective explore Psalm 50:10-12. Further illustrated in Haggai 2:8, the wealth is the Lord’s and He Gives it to the sons of men. (Deuteronomy 8:18) The need you face has an answer. Your answer is in God. The want you desire has its answer to God. His name even stipulates. El Shaddai – God Almighty All Sufficient (Genesis 17:1). Coming to know Him in this way will alleviate much of the stress that may arise from a sudden turn of events.
Having this relationship will also comfort you when circumstances don’t reflect what He says. When faith is put to question and the only correct answers is – I Know who I believe.
That however is another subject. Of provision, please understand, your proximity to Him (God) is your proximity to your supply and desired increase. (Genesis 45:5) This is especially true in times of need. We may not know what tomorrow holds, yet He knows and prepares what it takes to bring you through it. He puts it in place and all you have to do is walk to it.
Recite this Thought:
There is no lack, poverty, or insufficiency in God. As His seed with Christ, I accept no lack or poverty in me.
He Promises you:
Psalm 37:4, 5
(ESV) Delight yourself in The Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him and He will act.
